Beverage Set, 1960-1975

Mid-twentieth-century American domestic glass manufacturers offered multiple lines of hostess sets, designed for every taste and budget. Often presented as wedding or housewarming gifts, these sets became an indispensable component for the popular cocktail and patio parties of the time. They often featured whimsical decoration, either pictorial or abstract, executed in popular pastel tones, reflecting the personality of the host and hostess.
